El Paladar prepares an exclusive wine-pairing tasting in Ciutadella for early July

El Paladar, in Ciutadella, is preparing a new gastronomic experience for early July, designed for lovers of wine, tapas and evenings with character. The final date is still to be confirmed, but the proposal already points to an intimate and exclusive format, with only 12 places available.

The event will consist of a wine-pairing tasting combining 5 wines specially selected to discover nuances, aromas, regions and stories in the glass, paired with 5 gourmet tapas created as a gastronomic accompaniment. The aim is to offer a complete sensory experience, where each wine finds its culinary counterpoint and each bite helps diners better understand the character of every label.

With the motto “wines that tell stories to be savoured”, El Paladar aims to offer a relaxed, welcoming evening designed to enjoy wine culture from a gastronomic perspective. The small-format event will allow for more personalised attention and an ideal atmosphere for conversation, learning and sharing.
