Cris Juanico brings Rosa des vents to Jazzbah in a musical journey through Menorca

Jazzbah in Ciutadella will welcome Cris Juanico on Monday, 3 August, for one of the most distinctive concerts of his new tour. The Menorcan singer will present Rosa des vents with an electric band, returning to the raw, organic and rock-driven sound that marked the early stages of his career.

The album is inspired by the eight winds that shape Menorca’s landscape, climate and character. Each song offers a different perspective on the island, its emotions and its Mediterranean identity, making the performance an alternative way to discover Menorca through music.

Juanico will be joined by Pere Moll, Lluís Gener and Quim Ribó. Together, they will bring power and energy to the new material while preserving the sensitivity and personality that have defined his work for more than two decades. The concert will also revisit some of the best-known songs from a career linked to Ja t’ho diré, Menaix a Truà and his established solo work.

For foodie travellers, the evening provides an appealing cultural experience after dinner around Ciutadella harbour. Menorcan cuisine, local music and the atmosphere of the port come together in a night that reveals a more authentic side of the island beyond its beaches and traditional visitor routes.
