The rice dishes at restaurant Arjau are among the best in Menorca. That’s why for years we’ve been organising Rice Courses with Max Gonzalvo, chef and owner of Arjau, a true specialist in the field.

Here is the menu:

???? Rice with skate and artichokes
???? Octopus, pumpkin and butifarró rice
???? Black rice with squid, prawns and pine nuts

At the end, we taste all the rice dishes, accompanied by a glass of wine, soft drink or water.
