The Ciutadella Museum is organizing a new cooking show with tasting for adults under the title “For Easter, lamb empanadas”. The activity will take place in Can Saura in two sessions: Monday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 16, both at 7 p.m.
With the collaboration of Sa Cooperativa del Camp, this initiative offers an opportunity to learn up close how to prepare one of the most traditional products of Menorcan Easter gastronomy: lamb empanadas. In addition to the demonstration, attendees will be able to enjoy a tasting.
The activity is free, but places are limited and prior registration is required by sending an email to museu@ajciutadella.org.
The Ciutadella Museum, the promoter of the proposal, highlights the value of this type of activity to preserve and share local gastronomic heritage, especially on dates as significant as Easter.
The workshops will be held at Can Saura, headquarters of the Ciutadella Museum.
