Alaior Sweetens May with the 22nd Pastry Exhibition

The Centre Cultural d’Alaior will become a showcase for the most traditional flavours of Menorcan homemade cuisine on May 17 with the celebration of the 22nd Pastry Exhibition. Organised by the Alaior Housewives Association, the event reaches its twenty-second edition firmly established as one of the town’s most cherished gastronomic and social gatherings.

The evening will feature a tasting of handmade pastries and desserts prepared using traditional recipes, many of them passed down through generations. Biscuits, cakes and homemade specialities will take centre stage in an event that highlights local culinary culture and the dedication of the housewives involved.
