Our pantry

The sea is our main pantry and during your stay in Menorca you must try the mussels from the port of Mahón, or the sea nettles, the baked fish Menorcan style, on a bed of baked potatoes.

Fish such as grouper, dentex and pagrio, salt-baked sea bass and seafood such as lobster, red shrimp from Ciutadella, grilled crayfish or Mahón, cockles in brine are some of our recommendations.
