Description

In Torretrencadeta, cheeses are made from Menorcan sheep's milk and from a blend of cow and native Menorcan sheep's milk. These latter cheeses are unique in Menorca and hold the secret of the island's ancient recipes.

You can find them at the farm itself daily, or at the Ferreries Market on Saturday lunchtimes, where you'll also find their signature cheeses: matured sheep's milk and Madó Coloma cow's milk, which stands out for its creaminess.

They also market their cheeses through the joint brand Meloussa de Sa Cooperativa del Camp de Menorca.
