The matured ribeye steak bone-in from Es Replec

The grill restaurant Es Replec, in Los Delfines, opened its doors today and we went there to taste its matured ribeye steak bone-in + 40 days aged, cooked in oak wood and weighing 18 OZ, it is a pleasure for meat lovers.

The meat was cooked to perfection. We asked for it to be slightly rarer and they served it to our liking.

Attentive service, a very good wine list and reasonable prices, are also points to consider when returning once again to this reference restaurant in the Cala en Blanes area.
