The Iberian burger at Es Replec

Es Replec restaurant in Los Delfines also stands out for its menu of homemade burgers, made with quality meat and that will please even the most demanding palates.

On our last visit we tried the Ibèrica, a 200g burger of premium beef topped with grilled onion, Menorcan cheese, Iberian ham and romescu sauce, served on a brioche bun and accompanied by fries.

The perfectly cooked meat, melted cheese on top of the burger, and the harmony between the caramelized onion, Iberian ham and romescu make it one of the best signature burgers we've tasted this year.
