Fried scorpion fish with garlic at Cafè Balear

Cafè Balear, in the port of Ciutadella, is one of the great temples of seafood cuisine in the State and, recognized for a decade with a Sun in the Repsol Guide.

Fresh, top quality produce, cuisine where the product is the protagonist, its own boat that guarantees the freshness of the fish and seafood and first-class table service.

Also worth highlighting is its wine, cavas and champagne list, one of the best on the island.

On our last visit, among other dishes, we tasted its fried scorpion fish with garlic. One of the specialties of local seafood cuisine and which at Cafè Balear becomes a 5-star dish.
